Henry is a member of the executive team at 2degrees, the world’s leading community for sustainable business helping companies cut costs, reduce risks and grow by being more sustainable. Henry started his career in the Innovation Accelerator at Mars running the branded drinks business. He went on to manage retail strategy and execution for Twentieth Century Fox, before returning to Mars as a strategic marketing controller for the chocolate division. Henry recognises global business as a platform for change, with a responsibility to benefit those in greatest need. He is a consultant to the World Health Organisation and mentor to start up enterprises. Henry completed his PhD, focused on neurodegenerative disease, at the University of Cambridge and joined 2degrees after his MBA at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
