Chintal works at the intersection of international and private sector development and advises companies, governments and organisations on sustainable growth by balancing financial, social and environmental performance. She is the Founder and Director of CoSustain Consulting Limited and an expert in strategy, implementation, and multi-stakeholder initiatives. She has led teams in Zambia, India, Bangladesh, Sierra Leone and Nigeria and has over 15 years of consulting experience with Accenture and PwC’s Sustainability and Climate Change team. Chintal’s breadth of experience in the financial, agriculture, retail, energy, natural resources and ship recycling sectors across multiple countries reflect her varied insights, experience, and networks. Chintal is currently delivering sustainable finance initiatives including those related to gender smart investing. She is a Sector Advisor for the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford, where she coaches and mentors MBA students and chairs panel discussions.
